If you pay your October Dashfibre invoice and ensure your account is in good standing by the 30th of September, you will be entered into a draw, where one lucky customer will win 3 months of FREE internet on us! Immediate payments are recommended for it to reflect on your Dashfibre account by Thursday the 30th.


The winner will be announced by the 1st week of October and will have their line rental costs covered by us going forward for the next 3 months!

Q: I paid my account before the campaign announcement, do I still apply?

A: Not to worry. Every customer who paid for their October invoice will be entered 🙂

Q: I have a Debit Order for the 1st

A: Don't worry, If you have a Debit order loaded for the 1st, you will be entered into the draw.

Q: How do I see my current balance?

A: You can log into your customer portal and view your current balance under the Finance section

Q: What are my login details for the customer portal?

A: You can find your login details on the "Welcome to Dashfibre!" email you received after signing up. Alternatively, you can check your latest invoice for your Customer ID/payment reference and use the self-service password reset option
